All right Fobo, thanks for the inspiration. It's frustrating for me to look back and see that I have been fighting this same 20 pounds for the last two and a half years!!!!! I have been counting calories since January 2nd and I have lost 4 pounds. Which means I still have 18 to go since I gained a few EXTRA pounds over the holidays. My goal is to be fit by 40, so I only have 8 weeks to lose that weight. Realistically I'll be lucky to get rid of 15 pounds by then but I'll take it!! I can't wait to celebrate 40 with my sisters in Colorado. FIGHT THAT FAT!!!!

So I'm still plugging along watching my calorie intake and I've lost a couple of pounds. O happy day!! So far on course to lose 8 lbs by Sept 14. The success in invigorating and makes me want to continue watching what I eat but I still feel exhausted just thinking about exercising. Coy is starting to do better at night though and if that continues I should be able to get into some kind of routine. Here's to another successful week!!

Well it's been a bit since I last blogged and in the meantime I reached my goal weight, looked FABULOUS in all my clothes, got pregnant, gained LOTS of weight, had a baby, lost a bit of weight and I'm now 20 lbs overweight trying to get back into my small clothes! Whew!! So I'm trying to lose 8 lbs by the 14th of September and so far this week I've done a pretty good job watching my calories but man am I tired ALL THE TIME!! I had been snacking to compensate for the lack of sleep I get every night due to the afore mentioned baby (: but I've cut out the snacking and now the lack of sleep is evident throughout my day. Next I need to implement my exercise routine but the thought of doing anything that makes me more tired brings me to tears. Wish me luck!!

Yay!! I FINALLY got below 143lbs. The last time I weighed myself I was 139. Oh happy day!!! Four more pounds to go and I'll be at my goal weight. My exercise partner has been out of town but I continued to exercise (half heartedly) without her and I've been watching my calories. I can fit into most of my clothes again and the weight lifting is the best thing I've ever done for my body. Now if only I could do something about the saggy skin!!!

The heat is helping!! It's starting to get hot here in Austin and my appetite is dwindling with the heat. YAY!! We'll see how long it lasts before I acclimate. After all if I've had an appetite in the Arizona heat I'm sure mine will return soon enough in the Texas heat!!

BLAST this last five pounds!!! I can't get below 143!! I'm still exercising and I'm trying to watch my caloric intake but I'm just not as dedicated as I should be. My friend's doctor told her that weight loss is 90% diet and 10% exercise so I know where my problem lies. Why does food have to be sooo good?

So are we deleting and disbanding our fat blogs? I noticed that nobody has posted for a while. I'm still plugging along with my exercise. I'm having a hard time controlling my appetite (shock, shock). I have been neglectful in my postings though. Niesa, Anbo and I have started facebooks so that may be detracting from our fat blog postings. What do you guys think?
