I can't get below 145. I know the working out is helping because I'm not as flabby but I still need to lose some more weight so that I can fit back into my clothes. I'm having a hard time being patient. "I WANT IT NOW, I WANT IT RIGHT NOW!! I WANT TO FIT BACK INTO MY BLUE JEANS, I WANT TO BE SO LEAN!!!! GIVE IT TO ME!!! DON'T CARE HOW I WANT IT NOOOOW!!"

Starting to see results!

So the working out is starting to work out!!! I've worked out everyday this week and I feel good and my body is starting to tone up. I still have weight to lose but seeing results is encouraging. I'm watching what I eat too but I think I need to buckle down and count some serious calories if I want to see better results. I'll let you know how it goes.

So far, so good!

Well I am on my way. I picked a great workout partner who is very diligent about calling and making sure we are getting busy. I lifted twice last week and walked once because I had preschool at my house but this week we are on track for five days of workout. It's slow going but it is going. I want it to be FAST!!! I have to remind myself that slow and steady burns the fat. I hope you all had a Happy Easter. My was mostly candy free so I don't know if I'd call it 'happy' but I survived it without gorging on candy. That's a first!!

I'm on my way!

So today was the first day of my exercise program. I lifted weights with my friend Melissa. We did upper body and I can already feel the soreness setting in. It almost hurts to type. Tomorrow I will have to use my eliptical (sp?) because I have preschool at my house and I won't have time for anything else. So I'm off to a good start. I'm 1 for 1. I'll let you know how tomorrow goes.

Better late than never!!

Hello my fellow bloggers!! So sorry that I have not posted for a while. Last week was a little crazy (Summer's birthday) and this week we're on Spring Break. We're getting ready to skip town so I thought I'd better write a few lines before we leave. I haven't started exercising but I have been watching what I've been eating and I'm down three pounds (first thing in the morning post-pee, pre-clothes). Next week I'm going to start lifting and walking/running. I'm not sure about the running part but the friend I'm going to be working out with is a runner so wish me luck!! Have a good and successful weekend. Remember YOU CAN DO IT!!!! Oh Anbo, Pat Greene is coming to the Nutty Brown Cafe on the 22nd. I wish you were here to go with me. Love you!!
